Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your automatically created Who becomes rich - Friends account and its associated data, even if you have uninstalled the app.

Deletion request

Enter the player ID shown in your in-app profile. The button submits your request. We receive a notification at hello@vilow.de.

We use this address to verify your right to request deletion.

A player ID alone does not prove account ownership. We verify the request before deleting data.

If you no longer have your ID, email your player name and other identifying information to hello@vilow.de.

What is deleted?

Account data includes your player profile, name, avatar, rounds and answers, statistics, virtual wealth, friend connections and requests, push token, and question submissions still attributable to you. Your leaderboard entries also disappear. Virtual winnings have no cash value.

What may remain?

An editorially approved quiz question detached from your account may remain as general game content. Data that must be retained by law is kept only for that purpose. Technical backups are removed according to the service providers’ retention cycles. We will explain any case-specific retention on request.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server data. Account deletion cannot be undone. For access or correction requests, contact hello@vilow.de.
